Kariya (JAPAN) - November 9, 2021 - Toyota Boshoku Corporation has developed seats and interiors that are featured in the all-new Corolla Cross that was released by Toyota Motor Corporation in September of this year.

1．Seat
There are two types of front seats: sporty seats and normal seats.Also, the Corolla Cross's rear seats feature a two-stage reclining function for added comfort.

2．Interior
The newly developed luggage active box* makes the luggage compartment more convenient. With it equipped, the compartment can provide a fully flat deck.

The equipped luggage active box splits the luggage compartment into two spaces so that items can be stored separately. This way, items that are not used as often, such as tents or folding tables, can be stored below. Also, when the rear seats are folded down, there is no longer a difference in level with the luggage compartment. It allows for longer items to be loaded or allows a person to lie down flat on a mat. (130 kg max. capacity)

This product is set to be released as an optional interior part in December 2021. (Only in Japan)
