Notice Regarding the Full Acquisition of TOYOTA BOSHOKU DEVICE INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED
Toyota Boshoku Corporation (hereinafter referred to as "Toyota Boshoku") and Aisin Shiroki Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Aisin Shiroki"), a subsidiary of Aisin Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Aisin"), have agreed that Toyota Boshoku Asia Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "TBAS"), a subsidiary of Toyota Boshoku, will acquire the 20% of the shares in TBDI held by Aisin Shiroki. This acquisition will make TBDI a wholly owned subsidiary of TBAS as of March 24, 2025. This decision follows the completion of the transfer of non-seat products from TBDI to Aisin's Indian operations.
This matter will be implemented on the condition that the necessary procedures and responses are completed in each country.
