Notice Regarding the Full Acquisition of PT.TOYOTA BOSHOKU DEVICE INDONESIA
Toyota Boshoku Corporation (hereafter "Toyota Boshoku") has its consolidated subsidiary in Indonesia, PT. TOYOTA BOSHOKU DEVICE INDONESIA (hereafter "TBDINA"). Of TBDINA's shares, the entire stake held by Aisin-Shiroki Corporation -- representing 20% of TBDINA's outstanding shares -- was acquired by Toyota Boshoku's subsidiary, TOYOTA BOSHOKU ASIA CO., LTD. (hereafter "TBAS"), making TBDINA a wholly owned subsidiary of TBAS effective April 1, 2026.
Going forward, we will continue to leverage the manufacturing know-how that TBDINA has cultivated in producing seat structural components such as seat recliners and seat slides, with the aim of further strengthening the competitiveness of the Toyota Boshoku Group.
