Kariya (Japan) August 5, 2024 -Toyota Boshoku Corporation has been selected for the first time as a constituent of the FTSE4Good Index Series*¹, a global equity index for ESG investment by FTSE Russell, a member of the London Stock Exchange Group. The company was also selected for the first time for the FTSE Blossom Japan Index*², which targets Japanese companies, and has also been selected as a component of the FTSE Blossom Japan Sector Relative Index*³ for the second consecutive year.

The FTSE4Good Index Series selects companies that practice excellent ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) measures and is widely used to create and evaluate sustainable investment funds and other financial products. The FTSE Blossom Japan Index and the FTSE Blossom Japan Sector Relative Index are indices for Japanese domestic stocks and are used by Government Pension Investment Fund (GPIF), one of the world's largest public pension funds. The Blossom Japan Sector Relative Index is an index of Japanese domestic equities.
