Regarding Disaster Relief Funds for Victims of Chinas Sichuan Earthquake

The Toyota Boshoku Corporation (Head Office: Kariya, Aichi; President: Shuhei Toyoda) Group has decided to allocate disaster relief funds via the Chengdu Charity Federation, a non-profit organization of Sichuan, in an effort to aid the victims of the earthquake whose epicenter was China's Sichuan Province.

The allocated amounts of the contributions are as follows: Chengdu Toyota Boshoku Automotive Parts Co., Ltd., Toyota Boshoku's subsidiary in Sichuan Province, China: 1 million yuan (approx. 15 million yen)

Toyota Boshoku (China) Co., Ltd., representing 13 Group Companies of the China/Taiwan Region, and Toyota Boshoku Corporation, Japan: 1 million yuan (approx. 15 million yen)

Total: 2 million yuan (approx. 30 million yen)

In addition to the above, a fund drive will be held to collect donations from company employees.
