Toyota Boshoku Corporation（President: Masayoshi Shirayanagi; hereinafter referred to as"Toyota Boshoku"）, Toyota Auto Body Co., LTD. (President: Katsuhiro Matsuo; hereinafter referred to as"Toyota Auto Body") and Toyota Boshoku Seiko Corporation (President: Masahiro Fukamoto; hereinafter referred to as"Toyota Boshoku Seiko") have concluded an agreement to transfer  shares as announced on December 27, 2022, Toyota Boshoku acquired the shares of Toyota Auto Body SeikoCo., LTD. from Toyota Auto Body and increased its shareholding ratio from the current 33.6% to 66.4%, making it a subsidiary of Toyota Boshoku and changing the company name to ToyotaBoshoku Seiko Corporation as of October 1, 2023.
An opening ceremony was held for Toyota Boshoku Seiko on October 2, 2023 to mark the company's new start.
We intend to further strengthen the competitiveness of Toyota Boshoku group by utilizing the manufacturing know-how that Toyota Boshoku Seiko has accumulated through the production of seat frame mechanical parts such as rear seat frames and long slide rails etc.
