Move of Toyota Boshoku America to Kentucky

Move of Toyota Boshoku America to Kentucky

Toyota Boshoku America, Inc. (hereinafter TBA) a North American regional governance company of Toyota Boshoku Corporation (Headquarters: Kariya City, Aichi, Japan. President: Shuhei Toyoda) will move its Headquarters to Erlanger, Kentucky from Novi, Michigan in August 2007 to enhance business activities in the North American region.

By moving the Headquarters operations to Kentucky from Michigan, for mainly the management and production control functions, TBA will strengthen liaison with customers and also with Toyota Boshoku group companies. At the same time, it will enhance each business function so as to construct an effective operational scheme as a regional governance company. For this purpose, the operations of the Cincinnati Office in Florence, Kentucky, established in July 2006, will also be transferred to the new Headquarters.

The original two facilities in Michigan will be consolidated into a new Novi Office, and the R&D function will be based there with increased staffers to reinforce its capability.
