Toyoda Boshoku Corporation (Headquarters: Kariya-shi, Aichi, Japan; President: Junichi Yoshikawa) has established a company called TOYODABO (NINGBO) CO., LTD, to produce seat fabrics in Ningbo, China.
The objective is to set up a manufacturer in China to produce seat fabric, one of Toyoda Boshoku’s core components. The manufacturer will supply the China operations of Toyota Motor Corporation, as well as those of other foreign manufacturers, and will be the second overseas manufacturing base of its kind, after STB TEXTILES INDUSTRY CO., LTD. in Thailand.
