This door trim utilizes Toyota Boshoku’s high impact-resistant plastic, a plastic material featuring world-class impact resistance. Our foam molding technologies enable us to create a door trim that reduces weight by approximately 20% compared to conventional base materials while maintaining high impact resistance.
Door trim material uses kenaf, an annual grass plant with superior CO2-absorbing properties. Reducing vehicle component weight contributes to the reduction of CO2 emissions over the product’s life cycle*.

The power-generation motor core* is formed by blanking and stacking highly electromagnetic steel sheets. Our original high-precision, high-speed stamping technology results in accurate, high-speed production.

An air-cooled battery pack housing that utilizes low heat generation characteristics: a result of downsizing a Lithium-ion battery with high-output cells. The superb output realizes advanced driving of super sports cars and other high-performance vehicles.
